Thank you for using iFlashlight Pro (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
1. Information We Collect
iFlashlight Pro turns your iPhone’s camera flash (and/or screen) into a flashlight. The App does not collect, transmit, or share your personal information, usage data, or device data with us or any third party.
The App does not require an account, does not use location services, and does not access your camera roll, contacts, or microphone. Any settings you configure — such as brightness level, strobe pattern, or color (screen-light mode) — are stored locally on your device only.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Since the App does not collect any personal information, we do not use, process, analyze, or have access to any data about you for any purpose, including advertising, analytics, or research.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit any personal information to any third party, because we never receive it in the first place.
4. Data Storage and Security
Any local settings (e.g., last-used brightness or flash mode) are stored using your device’s standard storage mechanisms. Because this data never leaves your device or reaches our servers, its security depends on the security of your own device (e.g., passcode, device encryption).
If you delete the App, all locally stored settings associated with it will be removed in accordance with your device’s operating system behavior.
5. Device Permissions
The App requests access to your device’s camera solely to control the built-in flash (torch) hardware — this is required by iOS to activate the flashlight and is not used to capture, store, or transmit photos, video, or any other camera data.
You can review or revoke this permission at any time through your device’s Settings, though doing so may prevent the App’s core flashlight function from working.
6. Children’s Privacy
iFlashlight Pro does not knowingly collect any information from children, as it does not collect information from anyone. The App is not directed at collecting personal data from users of any age.
7. Third-Party Services
iFlashlight Pro does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
